THERE will be a carnival atmosphere in Teignmouth when thousands of cycling enthusiasts descend on the town next week.
It will be another high-profile boost for the resort when the prestigious Tour of Britain race finishes on the seafront on Tuesday.
Exactly a year after the Muse gigs on the Den, Teignmouth will again be given huge national and international exposure.
