WITH just hours to go , 13 acts are preparing to battle out the final of Newton’s Got Talent.
Tonight at the Bushell Theatre, Coombeshead Academy, Newton Abbot, the acts will perform in front of a live audience and judging panel.
The panel consists of Cllr Jeremy Christophers, leader of Teignbridge Council; Sally Henley, town centre development manager; Matthew Shanks, Coombeshead Academy principal; and Pete Furnish, international recorded artist and double bass player.
There are great prizes up for grabs including a spot on the bill at Lemonfest, a studio recording session, tickets to Glas-Denbury music festival and meals at local restaurants.
There will also be an art sale and an auction, where you could bag yourself a luxury break in St Ives.
Tickets will be on sale at the door. The event starts at 7.30pm.
