Teignbridge's motorists will have 13 road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
And two of them are expected to cause moderate delays – with drivers facing holdups of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A38, from 7pm February 28 to 6am March 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Dart Bridge lane closure for horticultural works.
And a further 12 closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A38, from 8pm March 4 to 6am March 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 both directions Chudleigh Knighton lane closures for structure maintenance.
• A30, from 7pm March 5 to 6am March 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Whitestone lane closure for horticultural works.
• A38, from 7pm March 5 to 6am March 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Peartree Cross, Ashburton, entry slip road closure and convoy working for resurfacing, diversion via A38 westbound to Dartbridge.
• A38, from 8pm March 5 to 4am March 6, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Clay Lane to Belvedere lane closures for barrier repairs.
• A38, from 7pm March 6 to 6am March 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Buckfastleigh lane closure for horticultural works.
• A38, from 8pm March 11 to 6am March 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Heatfield, lane closure installed by BT.
• A38, from 8pm March 11 to 5am March 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 eastbound, Harcombe to Kennford lane closure for electrical works.
• A38, from 10am to 2pm on March 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 both directions Dart Bridge to Dean Prior lane closures for surveys.
• A38, from 7pm March 12 to 6am March 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 Both Directions Clay Lane to Drumbridges lane closures for horticultural works.
• A38, from 8pm March 13 to 6am March 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A38 westbound, Kennford lane closure for horticultural works.
• A30, from 8pm March 18 to 6am March 19, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A30 eastbound, Alphington to A38 southbound, Wobbly Wheel carriageway closed for electrical works, diversion via A377, Cowick Lane, Marsh Green Road West, Trusham Road, B3213 and A379 to M5 or A38. Reverse for M5 southbound, traffic for A38.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
