EXPECT delays on the A38 this morning, Wednesday, October 29, after a spillage.
Two lanes are closed westbound between Telegraph Hill and the Exeter Racecourse turn-off due to a broken down vehicle and an oil spillage.
The incident was first reported to National Highways just after 9am.
