BROTHERS Harry and Aaron Hiscock played against each other in the semi-final of the Chudleigh Bowling Club Pairs Competition.

Watched by their father Brian and Harry's wife Claire, it was Harry along with his partner Andy Sinden, who triumphed 25-14 and go into the final. It is Harry's first season bowling, so to reach a club final is a great achievement.

The Chudleigh MDL B team have had a tough introductory season in Division 4 of the MDL. However, they gained an excellent 12 points against Dawlish Marina B, who are pushing for promotion.

In the Over 55 matches, both the X Team and Y teams were victorious. The X team gained seven points against Abbrook Park winning by 37-27 and the Y team, took all eight points of Kingsteignton, winning 43-23.

The Y team have now returned to top of their division and have a 3-point lead, with four games remaining.

There were mixed results in the weekend friendlies. Chudleigh had a very good victory over Bitton Park at home but lost to a strong Crediton side at Crediton.
